I do accept returns.  Items must be returned:

 

-Within 14 days of receiving 

-In original and unused condition

-In their original packaging

 

The buyer is reponsible for the cost of return postage if there is no fault with the item.

PERSONALISED ITEMS: All items that are customised with a personalised label or photo lining are not refundable unless defective, as I am not able to resell them.

DISPATCH TIMES:

 

Bridal belts and hair accessories: dispatched within 1-3 working days

Bridal clutch bags: dispatched within 1-2 weeks

SHIPPING:

 

UK ORDERS: Free shipping is standard on UK orders.  Please contact me if you would like tracked or expedited shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: In order to keep postage costs low for the buyer, I usually send my packages by ordinary mail and they have always been delivered safely. Packages to Europe are usually delivered within 5 working days after dispatch. International shipping is standard airmail which doesn't have a tracking option. Orders for outside Europe are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks.  If you would like a tracked postal service this can be selected and paid for at the checkout. 

 

IMPORTANT: Please note that these are guidelines only - unless you pay for a courier delivery service no delivery time is absolutely guaranteed - on occasions items sent by airmail can take longer than the guideline times due to customs delays that are beyond my control.

SHIPPING UPGRADES:

 

UK ORDERS: If you would like tracked shipping then you can select and pay for this at the checkout when placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I can arrange for your order to be delivered via Fedex Express (1-3 working days) or Fedex Economy (5 working days) - I need order specifics for this (address, weight of parcel etc) in order to give you a price, so please email me at robertamassey@hotmail.co.uk for details and I can set up a custom listing to meet your specific needs. This is recommended for your peace of mind if you definitely need an order for a specific date within 4 weeks of posting. 

CUSTOMS CHARGES: Please note that I ship worldwide but it is the buyers responsibility to pay any duties, customs and taxes levied by the buyer’s country.
